Common questions

A friend's code doesn't work. A room waits a day for players and closes once every seat is taken. Ask for a new code.

My rating has a question mark. It is still settling after your first rated games, and moves more until it does.

My opponent stopped moving. Every move has a time limit: a minute in a live game, a day in a relaxed one. When it runs out, the game ends, or in a game of four, that player is out.

How do I delete my account? Profile, then Delete account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
